Who will actually be in your parent's house?
It is the first question families ask, and the right one. This is how we choose, pay and supervise the people we send.
Checked before they meet your parent
ID, guarantor and references for every caregiver, and a licence check for every nurse. Nobody is sent to a family until every document is on file.
Paid by us, on a fixed date
Caregivers are paid by the agency on the same date every month, whether or not an invoice is late. Families never pay a caregiver directly.
A nurse checks their work
A named registered nurse reviews every report before you see it, and is the person you speak to about your parent's care.
Cover when someone is off
Rest days and sick days are covered by a named relief caregiver. If a caregiver has not clocked in, we are alerted and arrange cover.
Money goes straight to us
You pay the agency directly, by card or transfer, and get a receipt. No cash passes through relatives or staff.

Before you decide
How much does home care in Lagos cost?
It depends on how many hours of care your parent needs and on their health. After the home assessment, the nurse writes a care plan and you receive a firm monthly quote in writing within 48 hours.
Is this a care home or old people's home?
No. Your parent stays in their own home and our caregivers come to them, with a named nurse overseeing their care.
I live abroad. How do I know the caregiver actually came?
Caregivers clock in and out on their phone, with the location recorded. If a caregiver has not clocked in within an hour of the shift starting, our team is alerted and arranges cover.
What happens in an emergency?
Every care plan has an emergency plan: the nearest hospital, the ambulance number for that address and the family contacts. In a serious emergency the caregiver calls emergency services first, then our nurse. You get an urgent message and a call from the nurse.
Can my brothers and sisters see the reports too?
Yes. The person paying can invite family members by name. Everyone sees the same signed record, and access can be removed at any time.
How do I pay from the UK or US?
By card or bank transfer. Invoices are in naira and we show an approximate amount in your currency. You pay monthly in advance, straight to us.
Do your caregivers give medication?
Only medication prescribed by your parent's doctor, as written in the care plan. Every dose is recorded, and a missed dose is flagged to the nurse the same day.
